DRIVEWAYS
A driveway takes more abuse than almost any other slab on your property — Florida heat, UV exposure, oil, constant wheel loads. We form and finish driveways to last, using proper sub-base preparation and the right concrete mix for the application.
Finish options include brushed broom (the standard for traction), smooth trowel, and exposed aggregate for homeowners who want a more textured look. We handle everything from a single-car residential pad to commercial fleet entrances and parking aprons. All work is permitted and inspected through the county.

PATIOS &
POOL DECKS
Pool decks and outdoor patios need a finish that handles bare feet, direct sun, pool chemicals and Florida rain without becoming a slip hazard or cracking apart after two seasons. We've been pouring them in South Florida long enough to know what holds up and what doesn't.
Standard broom finish is the most durable and slip-resistant option. We also offer stamped patterns that replicate brick, tile or stone — and integral or applied stains for homeowners who want color without the maintenance of pavers. Pool deck work is coordinated around your pool contractor's schedule so the job flows in the right order.

WALKWAYS
From a front walk to a public sidewalk right-of-way, we handle the full scope. Residential walkways get the same attention as commercial jobs — proper joints, correct slope for drainage and a clean edge form.
For municipal and commercial work, we're familiar with ADA requirements for cross-slope, landing dimensions and curb ramp geometry. We've done repair sections, full corridor replacements and new-construction paths for HOAs, commercial properties and city projects across Broward and Palm Beach. If a county or municipality requires specific inspection sign-offs, we've navigated that before.

SLABS
ON GRADE
Flat slabs on grade are what we do more of than anything else. Warehouse floors, storage unit pads, garage slabs, equipment foundations, loading dock approaches — if it sits on the ground and needs to be flat, level and strong, this is our work.
We handle subgrade prep, vapor barrier placement, rebar or wire mesh layout, and finishing. For industrial floors with forklift traffic, we can work to tighter flatness tolerances. For building foundations, we coordinate with the engineer of record to meet the structural drawings. We've poured slabs from a few hundred square feet to tens of thousands without issue.

Tiebeams — also called grade beams — are the continuous reinforced concrete beams that tie a building's foundation together. In Florida, they're not optional. The wind load requirements here mean your structure's integrity depends on these beams being poured right.
We've formed and poured tiebeams on residential additions, new home construction, commercial shells and CBS block structures across Broward and Palm Beach for over four decades. We work from the engineer's drawings, coordinate with the framing contractor and schedule around the inspection sequence so the job doesn't stall.
CONCRETE
PUMPING
Some job sites can't fit a mixer truck close enough to discharge directly. Tight residential lots, elevated slabs, backyard pools, second-floor additions — these all need concrete pumped to the placement location. That's where our pump trucks come in.
We run both line pumps and boom pumps depending on the job. A line pump moves concrete through a flexible hose — good for ground-level work where a mixer just can't get close. A boom pump uses an articulated arm to place concrete at height or over obstacles, which makes it the right call for elevated decks, second-floor work and tight access situations.
Concrete pumping is often the difference between a job that gets done on schedule and one that stalls waiting for access. If you're not sure which setup fits your project, call us and we'll figure it out.
